Blur

Non male anche se migliorabile come strumenti da aggiungere.

Terrible, doesnt work

This was a waste of $.99 it doesnt even open.

Worst waste of 99 cents

This app is awfull, is not intuitive, will not save the edited photos and is slow !!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE

This app is horrible. Once you edit the file, you cannot save it as "You do not have permission." Trust me I do have permission. I even did as the app suggested and went to File -> Get Info and unlocked the lock that was on the file even though I had full read/write permissions listed. I hope the dev fixes this.

Works for me

I needed to blur out some details from photos for online use. This app worked and was easy to use. I am writing this review to suggest a fix to the one trouble I had. Once the blur tool is selected, it remains selected when navigating the app. Please change this so that the blur tool reverts back to the black pointer arrow when it is brought outside of the picture window, for instance to use the file menu or click the x - + window buttons. At the moment it is a little cumbersome to use.

Exactly what I needed

Blur is great, it is exactly what I was looking for: a dead simple bluring tool for pictures. I post car pictures here and there on forums, and I was looking for a tool to blur license plates in seconds. "Open with: blur", click, click, save, done. Im having no issue whatsoever.

Its fine!

All I needed to do was blur out some things in photos so they were "Facebook appropriate." This app did what i needed it to do. You do need to make a duplicate first though, if you want an original copy. Its worth the ¢99!

horrible

wish i would have read the reviews before buying doesnt even open wasted 99 cents

Handy, love it!

Just used it to blur several pics in order to post it on craiglist. Easy to use. Save me a lot of time.

I cant control the amount of the blur

There are 3 options for blur, but I cant control the amount of the blur.

handy but not the best

It gets its job done, but it really lacks a undo feature. You can only reset the entire image to its original state, but you cant undo step by step. really needs that.

Love this app!

Exactly what I was looking for! It works perfectly! You can draw any amount of blur.

Easy to use & gets the job done

For $.99 its a bargain. My one complaint is that the only option is to save the pic as a .png file. Itd be great if it was possible to select a different file type within the software.

Handy as a pocket in a shirt.

It’s not fancy but it’s neat and tidy, and it covers what it’s supposed to cover.

Does what I need it to do

I was looking for a photo editing app that would be able to blur/distort certain portions of a photo, so, after looking through the App Store, I did a search for “Photo Blur”, and this, as well as a couple of others came up. I didn’t purchase it right away, but, eventually succumbed to the price tag ($.99 at the time I purchased it). So far, I’ve only had one issue with the App, and that occurred a few minutes prior to me typing this review. I was finished with a photo, but didn’t save the changes. I attempted to close the pic, figuring I had saved the changes. A prompt appeared, asking if I wanted to save the changes. I clicked “Save Changes”, and was greeted with the spinning rainbow wheel, which didn’t go away, forcing me to Force Quit the App. Hopefully, I don’t experience any more issues. I’m confident I won’t, though.

Great!!

Very easy to use and its worh the price!! Im satisfied!

Has some potentials

I do like this simple app. There are though some missing features imo. I would like to be able to zoom in and out of the open image. And I would like to have a select tool (similar to Skitch blur feature) where I can select an part of a image I want to blur (similar to selecting an part of a image you want to cut or copy). Otherwise nice app for the money.

Very Weak Tool

I was looking for something easy-to-use to blur out faces but this is a little too basic. I get better results with the Retouch tool within iPhoto. Blur tends to create horizontal lines where the eyes and teeth are - experiments on several different full-face photos produced the same results each time. You cant’ resize the image; all you get is a variable size square that you move over the picture and progressively click to create increasing amounts of blur. This might be a good tool if you needed to create a small area with only a minimal bluring - perhaps a simple soft-focus effect. Otherwise you’re better off with iPhoto.

Very good for the price

Works well. Doesn’t crash and it’s easy to use.
