DO NOT PURCHASE

This app is horrible. Once you edit the file, you cannot save it as "You do not have permission." Trust me I do have permission. I even did as the app suggested and went to File -> Get Info and unlocked the lock that was on the file even though I had full read/write permissions listed.

I hope the dev fixes this.
